Owner of buildings can request a deposit in the event of a loss. This deposit can cover the costs ffor possible damage caused by the guest,which can serve as a guarantee that the property will be treated with the respect.

 

What happens after I register my facility?

Once you register your property, we will check your information to make sure that we have everything you need(prices,desciption of the facility,high resolution images,etc.).

Once you register on our site,you can edit your information at any time. If you habe added new content to your facility,or want to add more information about your property,you can add this information whenever you like.

 

What photos should I add?

When registering, it is necessary to send photographs of the object.

Since our site visitors are looking for a site for variuos events and celebrations,it would be desirable to include some photographs that show such an event.

 

When will be my facility available on the site?

After we check your information,within 48 hours.

When is my facility considered to be reserved?

A reservation is considered valid only when payment is made.

 

How do I pay for Weddbooking.me ?

Any money payment that goes through Weddbooking.me , which refers to the rental price of the space,reflects 10%.

 

What happens if a guest cancels a reservation?

If the guest cancels, there are two possibilities. If the guest is canceled and the rules of your facility include free cancelation,the guest does not pay anything and you are not obliged to pay the commission. If the guest cancels and your facility does not have the option of free cancellation,the guest pays the fee,and you pay a fee on the amount taht the guest pays to you.

 

Cancellation of reservation is possible no later that 7 days prior to the planned event.

Reservation is considered valid at the time the commission is paid.

 

Weddbooking.me allows the facility owners to determine the conditions of cancellation by themselves. If a guest or owner has to cancel a reservation,he is obliged to do so as soon as possible and to provide and object in close proximity with similar characteristics and the same price,minimun 7 days before planned event.

From time to time,certain circumstances that are beyond their power may affect the possibility of making a reservation.

In rare cases when we find that the guest has cancelled for the reasons described under Extraordinary Circumstances.

Weddbooking.me can bypass the scheduling requirements specified by the owner of the facility(eg. flexibile,moderate,strict) and make a decision to recover money.

 

Extraordinary Circumstances

Extraordinary Circumstances we accept:

  1. Sudden death or seriuos illness of the owner,guest or some of his family members.
  2. Severe injury that affects the traveler's ability to travel
  3. Significant natural disaster or harsh weather conditions,that prevent a safe departure or arrival at a destination
  4. Urgent travel restrictions or security warnings issued by the relevant national or international body after the reservation.
  5. An epidemic declared by a relevant national or international body(such as the World National Organization)
  6. Substantial damage to the object that prevents safe lodging

 

If you wish to submit a request for recognition of extraordinary circumstances,you can do so after you cancel your reservation. After you cancel your reservation and inform us about this and you consider that the reason is under Extraordinary circumstances,please contact us to send us a reuest.

You can send a request within 14 days with accompanying documentation.
