The Villa have the roots in the 17th century and was completely renovated in 2016 with the most modern standards,keeping the rustic and historical charm of ancient times. The Talici village was formed thanks to the Italian workers who moved to this territory while they built the monastery "Ratac". And since then this village is known for "italians" and thus the name "Talici"
